More specifically, we wish to reach the following goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving the quality of services to our customer.<\/li>\n<li>Improving our products&#8217; quality.<\/li>\n<li>Protection of the environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Customer satisfaction<\/b><br \/>\nThis is the act of listening to and identifying the needs of our customers, followed by satisfying said needs in the most efficient, cost-effective way possible.<\/p>\n<p><b>Compliance with applicable laws and regulations<\/b><br \/>\nwe guarantee that our different business activities are carried out in accordance with current laws and any regulations which are applicable to quality, safety, and environmental protection, as well as in accordance with the standards established by our own organization, while always undergoing permanent evolution.<br \/>\nTo accomplish this, our <a href=\"http:\/\/site.euroquimica.okbestudiointeractivo.com\/compania\/certificaciones\/\">Quality Management system<\/a> is certified on a national level (AENOR) and an international level (IQNet) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prevention of pollution<\/b><br \/>\nContinuous improvement and the prevention of pollution are achieved thanks to constant management updating and review, a focus on reaching our objectives, and an evaluation of the environmental aspects and risks.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sustainable development<\/b><br \/>\nWe protect the environment thanks to our sustainable use of natural resources and efficient energy use.
